When you use the lead-capture form or the buyer questionnaire, you may share your name, email, phone number, general timeline, and preferences about the home you're looking for. The form opens Gmail's web composer in a new browser tab (or copies pre-filled text you can paste elsewhere); the message is delivered to sarkis.johnny@gmail.com. Johnny uses this information only to respond to you about buying a home.

The site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate visitor behavior — pages viewed, CTA clicks, PDF downloads, and form submissions. Google Analytics sets cookies (small text files) in your browser and processes truncated IP address information. It does not receive your name, phone number, or the content of any form you submit through this site.

You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing Google's browser opt-out add-on, by using your browser's Do-Not-Track / private browsing mode, or by blocking cookies from google-analytics.com and googletagmanager.com in your browser settings.

Real estate commissions are fully negotiable and can be paid by the buyer, the seller, or shared between both parties.
